1: Go to billers admin, add Marobelta entering your username, password and reseller id (account id)
2: Go to sites admin, click "Edit Site", scroll down to "Special Payment Options", find Marobelta, in Join Form Code write "Pay By Phone", in biller code put 16

Setup Declined billing
1: Go to biller admin, click the "loupe" icon, add "CASSES" at the end of your cascade, it is not needed to target specific countries or exclude others.
2: Go to sites admin, locate sites where the cascade is used, "Join Options this Site Offers" for the site edit biller codes, under "Product Code (optional):" write 16, repeat for each join option
3: Done
